nickycakes (just love that name - as and ex-Philadelphia girl, I think of Tastycakes and get hungry everytime. . .): Wish you would answer some of the other newbie questions above.
ALSO - how do you think the new BING search engine is going to affect this? Will you be adding it to your list, or will it end up being another big-bad-google-monster?

Nice summary. You mention you spend $100 on testing a campaign - how many $'s per day on average?

As for MSN adcenter(others), do landing pages link from an msn search? I was typing in random keywords and didn't see many affiliate (looking) landing pages. Just curious.

So which of the ad networks would you say is the low hanging fruit?

Let's say I have 1k only to play with, I have about 10 offers I can promote, where would you try and place them first?

BTW- these guides are awesome and your writing style is hilarious.

Nicky,

In your test budget section, you said that after a few hundred clicks if you've got no conversions one should scrap it and move to something else. Are you saying an entirely different offer or just completely revamp that campaign with a new set of keywords and LP's?

BTW: Thanks for these guides!

Nicky, where do you draw the line between "high", "medium" and "long-tail" keyword volume? Surely, this is inexact, but what # of monthly searches do you go for?

Plus, how many keywords and what total volume do you usually target per campaign?

Love that you have the balls to not just say 'it depends, test' but actually share your testing threshold.
