The trouble with mass link targeting is it will always have a short life, then you need to do it all again, far better to use under the radar, quieter methods, taking small license , it annoys less people and may be “allowed” longer , good read regardless

Why redirect the whole website? You could just put a link back to one of your main projects.

And if you let your fake-accounts write about things relevant to your niche it would be a relevant backlink!
