In your next episode talk about how to treat affiliate marketing “like a business”. People always say this but they never go into what they mean buy it.
Setting up campaigns, sending traffic, testing and tracking… that’s what everybody else does… what do the people who are “treating it like a business” do.
I’m not trying to be a smart ass I’m just curious.

Hey, one topic I'd like to see is how affiliates can turn straight affiliate promotions into list building. Can this be done without sacrificing the upfront commission. I hear "list building" mentioned a lot, but not a lot of how to information.
After hearing about it enough I guess it’s time to start checking out mobile.

Treating it like a real business. Do you have proper book keeping? Do you have legal counsel? Do you have a good relationship with your bank? Do you have a credit line? Do you invoice your aff networks or just prey their accounting has their shit together? Do you use a CRM? Do you do any project management?
I think its a great subject and I’m sure Nickycakes will get some people who have operations tight for next show.
